The 1st stage of the open competition «School Garden» as an educational platform for modern safe agricultural technologies», in which rural schools from Vitebsk, Gomel and Minsk regions participated, was completed. The competition is held within the framework of the EU4Youth international technical assistance project: «School Garden» for agricultural entrepreneurship.

At the first stage of the competition, there were received 108 applications. Of them:

Vitebsk region - 44 applications from 19 districts (Beshenkovichy, Braslav, Vitebsk, Glubokoye, Gorodok, Dokshitsy, Dubrovno, Lepel, Liozno, Miory, Orsha, Polotsk, Postavy, Senno, Tolochino, Ushachy, Chashniki, Sharkovshchina, Shumilino districts)

Gomel Region - 35 applications from 12 districts (Bragin, Buda-Koshelev, Gomel, Dobrush, Zhlobin, Kalinkovichy, Kormyany, Lelchitsy, Loyev, Petrikov, Rechytsa, Chechersky districts);

Minsk region - 28 applications from 16 districts (Borisov, Vileika, Volozhin, Kletsk, Krupki, Lyuban, Minsk, Molodechno, Puhovichy, Slutsk, Smolevichi, Soligorsk, Starye Dorogi, Stolbtsy, Uzda, Cherven districts)

Brest region - 1 application.

The jury of the 1st stage of the competition reviewed 108 applications from participating schools and made the following decision:
