Application deadline: August 15, 2022.

Scope of work: independent evaluation of the results of the International Technical Support Project "EU4Youth: "School Garden" for agricultural entrepreneurship", implemented by the non-governmental organization "Green Cross Belarus" (Belarus) in partnership with the John Paul II Foundation - ONLUS for Dialogue, Cooperation and Development (Italy), Green Cross Ukraine (Ukraine), National Environmental Center (Moldova). The project implementation period is 54 months (July 1, 2018 – December 31, 2022).

The evaluator should study the content of the application and the concept note, develop an appropriate set of criteria, familiarize with the activities held, draw up an independent conclusion in accordance with the materials examined, and make recommendations. In the course of work, the evaluator will be provided with any data and materials related to the Project implementation.

Language of the report: Russian and English.

Execution period: November 21 - December 19, 2022.

Fee: to be negotiated.

Requirements:

  1. Work experience in international non-profit organizations for at least 5 years
  2. Work experience in non-governmental organizations for at least 10 years
  3. Experience of participation in international projects
  4. Experience working with rural areas
  5. Experience in financial and administrative documentation
  6. Readiness to complete the work within the specified period

  • Fluent English
  • Work experience in the social sphere
