From 28 January to 1 February 2023, the jury of three contests gathered in the GCB centre near Smolevichi: the 18th International Painting and Graphics Contest, the 8th International Cartoon and Strip-film Contest and the 1st International Photography Contest. During the five days the jury members not only had time to choose the best works, but also visited the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus, the Art School of Vitsebsk, the Marc Chagall Art Centre and the History Museum of the Vitsebsk National Art School, took part in two master classes and an online conference.
